Why did I not know about this place???
I've been coming to Morro Bay for years and this is the first I've heard of this estuary. The guy at The Rock who lets visitors look through his scope to see the falcons told me about it and I jetted over there that very evening. I can imagine that this place is just teaming with birds during the migration!
